As our Receptionist, you will:

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our agency.
  • Manage Incoming Calls: Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, directing calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Schedule Appointments: Organize and maintain calendars, ensuring smooth scheduling for clients and staff.
  • Assist with Administrative Tasks: Support our team by managing paperwork, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide Customer Support: Address client questions and concerns with care, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a positive team dynamic.
  • Handle Billing and Payments: Process payments and assist clients with billing inquiries as needed.
  • Promote Agency Services: Share information about our insurance products and services to help clients find the best solutions for their needs.
  • Embrace Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with our agency’s products and services, as well as industry trends to better assist clients.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and appointment scheduling.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using office software and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling platforms).
  • Positive Attitude: A friendly and approachable demeanor that creates a welcoming atmosphere for clients and colleagues alike.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and handle inquiries or challenges with confidence and creativity.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to learn new skills or processes.
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn is what matters most!
  • Property and Casualty License: Must have or be able to obtain a property and casualty license, as this is essential for discussing insurance options with clients.
Compensation: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
